Returns & Exchanges

At Electric Picks, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. All pieces must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely tape it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your jewelry in its original pouch or box, drop it off at any authorized carrier location, and make sure to collect a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects your returned items, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
